Please note that certain specialty products — including handmade, custom, and select premium items — may require 4–7 business days for delivery due to their unique preparation and fulfilment process; any such products will be clearly indicated on their individual product pages.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order — Furry Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. In the rare case of any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
